Gorgeous and amazing hotel with free parking and marvellous location in general everything simply felt unreliable. Beautiful and great room with firm big beds, good offer. Location not far from national park which was mich better and Tayrona park.

Well-kept property with beautiful landscaping and a large, temperature-controlled pool. Spacious rooms with comfortable, firm beds. Friendly and helpful staff, with the owner going above and beyond to assist guests. Peaceful and quiet location on a river, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

Everything was wonderful, marvellous location in the whole Spa area, the staff were fantastic. A double room was fantastic and amazing with the jacuzzi. Location: the hotel was near beach and national park and a top rated restaurant located in a big city.

I recently stayed at a hotel nestled in the mountainous jungles of the Sierra Nevada. The location was perfect, with a river running right beside it. From there, it was easy to visit the breathtaking Tayrona National Park and explore the beauty of the surrounding jungle. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a Jacuzzi that offered a relaxing retreat after a long day of hiking. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the restaurant was serene.

There was one aspect of the hotel that could have been improved. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected and complete important tasks online.

The hotel is located near a National Park, perfect for nature lovers. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The pool was clean and refreshing after a long day of exploring. Plus, the restaurant served delicious food with fresh ingredients.

Sadly, the internet was almost non-existent in the room, making it difficult to stay connected. , the spa equipment seemed to be out of order, which was a disappointment since that was one of the main reasons for our stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with lush green surroundings and a small river flowing nearby. The diverse range of spa facilities including the relaxing massage and very good swimming pool were definitely the standout features. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and did multiple roles within the resort. The exceptional service from the restaurant staff is worth mentioning as well. I really appreciated the chefs' offer to cook something else when I didn't like my fish dish. the facilities were very complete and the location was great for those who want to be closer to Tayrona Park.

We especially loved the complementary sauna and massage facilities, which were really enjoyable after a long day exploring the city. The location was also perfect, right near all the best attractions. We also enjoyed the spacious and spotlessly clean rooms.

We spent Christmas at this spa hotel, and it had some great aspects. they offered us complimentary coffee throughout the day, which was a nice touch. the location was amazing, nestled in beautiful green surroundings and close to a river. We loved being so close to the entrance of a national park, making it easy to visit. the room's beds were very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep.

The hotel seemed understaffed, with one person doing the job of several. This led to poor service, especially in the restaurant, which served expensive and unappetizing food.

The staff, especially David, exceeded expectations with exceptional service. The food was delicious, especially the paella and late-night hamburger. The pool was enjoyable, especially at night. The location near the river and proximity to Tayrona National Park was convenient. The rooms were spacious and the Jacuzzi in the room was a fun bonus.
